Coasta Flora has been delivering beautiful flowers and hampers since 1994. We have a full time driver for your convenience, and we also entrust a selected group of courier drivers for outer suburbs.

Normal delivery hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday (not including public holidays)

What areas do Coastal Flora deliver to?

Coastal Flora's delivery area is from Landsbrough to Nambour and Bli Bli and everywhere inbetween.

Coastal Flora has a network of florist around the world and can deliver to almost anywhere in the world. Products, packaging and or containers may vary from florist to florist.

What is the latest time I can order online for same-day delivery?

Orders must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday - Friday  to guarantee same day delivery.

What happens if the recipient is not at home?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made the flowers will be left at the recipients front door, if special circumstances do not allow us to do so, we will leave a card in the letterbox and advise the recipient to contact Coastal Flora for collection of the item.

What happens if the delivery details supplied are incorrect?

We will contact the customer who ordered the flowers and if the product needs to be redelivered an extra charge may be incurred, this will be at Coastal Floras discretion.

Can you guarantee a specific time for a delivery?

Coastal Flora cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. All orders to businesses will be delivered by close of business, given that correct delivery details have been supplied.

Do you ring the recipient prior to delivery?

You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "special instructions" field on the order page.
